Room 101A
Room 101 is easily divisible into smaller meeting rooms through the use of movable acoustic walls. It can be used as a whole (101) room, or divided into four (101A, 101B, 101C and 101D) rooms , or two (101AB and 101CD) rooms with seating capacities ranging from 88-744. Unique stowaway seating can provide ample floor space as needed.

Notes:
  1. Each meeting room comes equipped with basic seating as listed. An added fee will be charged for additional requirements.
    - Supplies provided for each meeting room include 2 microphones (with cords), 1 podium, 1 reception table for 3-6 persons, and 2 easels for holding posters. Additional items will be charged as listed according to the price list.
    - Meeting rooms being rented for exhibition purposes are not provided with the above supplies.
    - Food, beverages, and audio-visual equipment are not to be brought into the center.
  2. Those who move in and move out between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. are entitled to a 40% discount off the listed price. Those who move in and move out between 11:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. or between 3:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. will be charged 30% of the set rate.
  3. Those using premises overtime for less than one hour will be charged an extra 25%. Those exceeding one hour overtime will be charged a full additional rental.
  4. A 10% handling charge will be added if the contract is not signed by a local company or organization.
