Exhibitions are priced the same regardless of weekdays or holidays.

• If the start and end time spans the day, the start and end times of each day are the same.
• 4 hours is the base rental period.
• Period definition: 08:30~12:30, 13:30~17:30, 18:30~22:30, 00:00~03:30, 03:30~07:30
• 00:00~07:30 is only available for move-in and move-out(with the exceptions of rehearsals and events).

• Standard equipment is provided free of charge for conference activities: 2 wired microphones, 1 podium, 2-3 reception tables, and 2 poster stands. Other equipment is extra and charged according to the price list.
• For those who rent a conference room to hold exhibitions, the above equipment will not be provided.
• All outside audio-visual equipment and catering are not allowed inside TICC without the Center's consent.
• To help make the event run more smoothly, please apply for the rental and pay the rent fee three days prior to the meeting; on-site additional demand on the day of the meeting will depend on availability, plus an additional 30% of the rent will be charged according to the period of time, and sufficient allowance must be given for preparation and assembly time.
